RETAIL - Please do not send anything back without first emailing us. IN STOCK retail purchases may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of receipt, less shipping fees. Must be unworn and in original packaging. PRE ORDER retail purchases may be returned within 5 days of receipt. To initiate a refund, you must email us at support@asherandemery.com for return authorization. You have 5 days after receiving the RA to send back. After 5 days the return is no longer authorized. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and no refunds will be given for refused packages.

After that time, we cannot guarantee exact replacements, however, we will issue other replacements. If it is determined you received a defective product, you will receive a replacement of the same or different print.
